I was on hold for 25 minutes waiting to make an appointment, it wasn’t even first thing in the morning it was 11.30. It was urgent as it was for my baby so was an anxious 25 minutes waiting.

Answer the phone quicker, 25 mins at 11.30 was a bit too long

Love this surgery all the nurses have been amazing and dr Marco is awesome, reception is lacking slightly but only because they think they are drs but this is every drs surgery but for everything else 10/10

Never have a problem with the surgery and staff always helpful

It's very easy to book, especially when one needs to book well in advance, something I was not allowed to do at PMG. For my appointment needs, The Glebe had the necessary equipment...this was not offered at my last surgery, so I'm now confident in this respect. Also, Lauren was very patient, kind and understanding.

Nothing at all. My experiences have all been very positive and reassuring.
